MUD &amp; SILT CONDITIONER, gemilerin balast tanklar\u0131nda, balast suyunun i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ya da \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7alar halinde y\u00fczer gezer \u015fekilde bulunan, \u00e7amur ve al\u00fcvyonlar ile reaksiyona girip, birbirleri ile yap\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve daha b\u00fcy\u00fck par\u00e7alar olu\u015fturmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Ancak balast suyu \u00e7ok \u00e7amurluysa, daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkili temizlik i\u00e7in 1000 ton balast suyuna 150- 250 litre \u00fcr\u00fcn koymak tavsiye edilir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"altbaslk\" style=\"margin-left: 1.0cm; text-indent: 0cm;\"><span lang=\"TR\">Temizlik Prosed\u00fcr\u00fc: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yazi\"><span lang=\"TR\">Genel uygulama g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131n\u0131rsa, yukar\u0131da bahsetti\u011fimiz 1000 tona 25-50 litreye gelecek \u015fekilde MUD &amp; SILT CONDITIONER balasting esnas\u0131nda dozaj pompas\u0131 kullanarak eklenir. Bunu balasting i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda dozaj pompas\u0131 ile yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nermemizin nedeni, ilac\u0131n homojen bir \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Bu uygulama her balasting i\u015fleminde tekrarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. A\u011f\u0131r kirliliklerde, 1000 tona 150 -250 litre MUD &amp; SILT CONDITIONER olacak \u015fekilde balastlar 20 -30 cm y\u00fcksekli\u011fine kadar doldurulur. Balastlardaki kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m 3-5 saat ilac\u0131n \u00e7amura n\u00fcfuz etmesi ve temizlik i\u015fleminin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in kendi haline b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. Bu esnada \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yo\u011fun \u00e7amur tabakalar\u0131na daha iyi ve kolay i\u015flemesini sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in, y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 su jetleri ile iyi bir kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma \u00f6nerilir. Bekleme s\u00fcresi ard\u0131ndan tanklar tamamen bo\u015falt\u0131l\u0131r ve kurutulur.
