T\u00fcm demir ve demir olmayan, bak\u0131r y\u00fczeyler \u00fczerinde koruyucu bir oksit tabakas\u0131 olu\u015fturur. S\u00fcrekli olmayan ilave i\u015flemi ve\/veya hidrazin konsantrasyonunun yanl\u0131\u015f kontrol\u00fc kazan sistemine uygun koruma sa\u011flamayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 sep-underline sep-solid fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:16;--minFontSize:16;line-height:1.5;\"><strong>KULLANIM AVANTAJLARI<\/strong><\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul>\n<li>D\u00fczenli kullan\u0131mda kazan \u0131s\u0131tma borular\u0131nda korozyonun, delinmelerin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erek hem kazan\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzat\u0131r hem de ciddi oranda enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flar. (1 mm korozyon birikintisi %15-18 enerji israf\u0131 yani daha fazla yak\u0131t yak\u0131lmas\u0131na sebebiyet verir.)<\/li>\n<li>D\u00fczenli kullan\u0131mda ani duru\u015flar\u0131n, patlama, delinme, t\u0131kanmalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7er ve periyodik bak\u0131mlarda ekstra temizlik i\u015flemine gerek kalmadan hem zaman hem maddi tasarruf sa\u011flar.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00fczenli kullan\u0131m\u0131nda buhar hatlar\u0131na oksijen ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131na mani olaca\u011f\u0131ndan buhar kalitesini maksimumda tutarak buhardan en etkin verim al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar ve kondens hatlar\u0131nda oksijen delinmesinin (pitting) \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7er.<\/li>\n<li>Kondens stoplar\u0131n ve \u0131s\u0131tma borular\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn maksimumda kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 sep-underline sep-solid fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:16;--minFontSize:16;line-height:1.5;\"><strong>DOZAJLAMA B\u0130LG\u0130S\u0130<\/strong><\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>Al\u00e7ak ve orta bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 sistemler i\u00e7in, EC-2H korozyon \u00f6nleyici s\u00fcrekli olarak, pompa sistemi ile besleme pompas\u0131 emi\u015fine ya da \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131na, hotwele ya da di\u011fer uygun bir yere ilave edilmelidir. Bir tank\/ak\u0131\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7er d\u00fczene\u011fi kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn u\u00e7mas\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak i\u00e7in kimyasal madde besleme hatt\u0131, su y\u00fczeyinin en az 1 metre (3 feet) alt\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r. 60 Kg.\/cm2 (850 psi) ve \u00fcst\u00fcndeki y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kazan sistemleri i\u00e7in, EC-2H korozyon \u00f6nleyici hotwel pompas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131na ya da besleme pompas\u0131 emi\u015fine ilave edilmelidir. EC-2H korozyon \u00f6nleyici y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7\/al\u00e7ak bas\u0131n\u00e7 t\u00fcrbin ge\u00e7i\u015fine de ilave edilebilir. \u0130deal besi miktar\u0131 ilk uygulama yani kazan\u0131 ilaca doyurmak i\u00e7in 1 ton suya 250 gr akabinde kazana beslenen 1 ton su i\u00e7in 100-150 gr EC-2H\u2019d\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck 10 ton besleme varsa g\u00fcnl\u00fck 1.0-1.5 kg kazana verilmelidir. Daha \u00f6nce sodyum s\u00fclfit kullanan ya da hi\u00e7bir oksijen giderici kullanmayan bir sisteme EC-2H korozyon \u00f6nleyici katk\u0131s\u0131 ilavesine ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, ilk iki ay boyunca g\u00fcnde en az 2 sefer (3-5 saniye s\u00fcreli) dip bl\u00f6f\u00fc uygulamas\u0131 tavsiye edilir.
