Water-based tank cleaner and hydrocarbon remover. After cleaning the tanks with ProTank TC, ProTank Extra and ProTank AC if presence of hydrocarbon is still detected, ProTank HCF is excellent product to remove it. Also, safe to use on zinc-silicate coated tank surfaces.
