DESCRIPTION

ER-ELECTRIC is powerful solvent based cleaner used for cleaning and degreasing oil, grease and carbon deposits from the surfaces of electric motors and equipments. It is safe to use on all kinds of metals and their alloys. It is also effective and fast cleaner with high evaporation rate.

APPLICATION, FEATURES & BENEFITS

  • Rapidly penetrates and acts into carbonaceous deposits.
  • Evaporates fast and completely and doesn’t leave any deposit behind.
  • Can be used safely on all metals, metal alloys, insulating varnishes.
  • No rinsing required after degreasing.
  • Non-corrosive.
  • Harmless to electric insulation and isolation.
  • Low cost, easy to apply and use.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE/ APPLICATION RATES AND DOSAGE RATES

ER-ELECTRIC should always be used undiluted. It shouldn’t be applied together with water or any other solution.

The quantity of ER-ELECTRIC to be used for cleaning depends on the degree of the contamination on the electrical parts. So, it is determined by the user during the cleaning procedure. Since it is a high evaporating product ER-ELECTRIC must be used in well ventilated areas.

ER-ELECTRIC can be applied by several methods like brushing, hand spraying, immersing.

Hand spraying is the most recommended method which is applied by a sprayer. Spray ER-ELECTRIC on the highly contaminated electrical parts. Then, the remaining solvent on the cleaned parts can be easily dried up by air blower or it will dry by itself in 5-10 minutes.

Immersion is a suitable method for cleaning small electrical parts. Parts are immersed in a bath filled with ER-ELECTRIC and waited for 10-60 minutes. Then the cleaned parts may be dried up with air.

Since ER-ELECTRIC is highly evaporating product and immersion method is usually done in doors. The solvent odor of ER-ELECTRIC will be disturbing for the users. For such cases it is recommended to use ER-ELECTRIC as follows; fill the immersion bath with needed quantity of ER-ELECTRIC, then add water up to 10-15 cm. Since ER-ELECTRIC will not mix with water, water will stay as a second protective layer over ER-ELECTRIC. This water layer will not let ER-ELECTRIC to release its solvent smell.
